How do I accept or decline a booking?
To accept or decline a booking request:
Go to Pending Bookings under Bookings in the Engagements tab and tap the session for more details.
Tap Respond to either Accept or Decline the booking request
Once you’ve accepted the session, go to Confirmed Bookings under Bookings to view your upcoming, completed, and cancelled bookings.
Whenever you receive a new booking request, you’ll also receive a push notification, text, and email with details about the booking. Once you’ve confirmed a booking, you can find details about the booking under Confirmed Bookings in the engagement tab.
In the session details screen, you’ll find all the information you need to successfully complete your service, including location details, a link and code for online sessions, and the employer’s contact information.
