How do I book a professional?
To book a professional for a specific date and time follow these steps:
In the purple booking section, decide what kind of service type you’re looking for by tapping Online or In person
You can choose the date and day of the week by tapping the calendar drop down or navigate week-to-week by tapping the left or right arrows.
Once you’ve decided on a specific date, tap any available time slots for that day. Professionals have different limits on how many back-to-back time slots you can book them for.
Once you’ve chosen a time slot, tap BOOK at the bottom of the screen.
If the professional is willing to travel to a specific location to render their services, you’ll be prompted to enter the exact address where services will be rendered.
If you haven’t already added a Payment Method, you’ll be prompted to add a debit or credit card.
If you have any questions for the professional about their services or your expectations in working with them, type a message in the Add a note section.
Review the details of your booking, and once you’re ready, tap the green check box to agree to our Terms of Service.
Tap the Request Booking button at the bottom of the screen.
If there is no problem with your internet connection or payment method, you’ll be notified that your booking request has been received.
You must now wait for the professional to either accept or decline your booking request.
If your booking is accepted, you can find details about the session by going to Confirmed Bookings under the Engagements tab in the nav bar. From there you can find contact information and location details about your in-person or online session.
*Please note that payment will not be collected from you until the session start time on the day of booking. However, if you decide to cancel a confirmed booking once the cancellation window has passed, you will be charged full price for the booking as per our Terms of Service.
