How do reviews work?
We encourage all employers & students to write a review at the end of a successful engagement.
To leave a review follow these steps:
Tap on the Booking Details card of the engagement you’ve had with a professional under Completed Bookings.
Tap the Leave a Review button at the bottom of the screen.
Leave a detailed review about why you had a great experience with the professional
Tap the Submit Review button
Why reviews matter
Feedback in the form of reviews is a great way to help a professional build their credibility on the platform.
Research shows that people trust reviews they read online almost as much as personal recommendations. We’ve found that people start to get hired more after they have around 5 stellar reviews.
The more great reviews a professional has, the more likely their chances of getting more work in the future!
