Guidelines for Professionals:
You agree that all payments for services found on Resonance must be processed through the platform.
You agree to maintain up-to-date and accurate information on your profile about your services.
You agree to always provide services at the time of a scheduled booking made through the platform.
You will observe all anti-harassment and non-discrimination laws while performing your services.
Your relationship with Resonance is that of an independent contractor, and nothing in our Terms of Service, on our website, or mobile app is intended to, or shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment or similar relationship between you and our company.
You will not make any representations or commitments on the companies behalf unless expressly authorized by the company.
You alone are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes for compensation from us while providing services on the platform. Resonance will also not withhold any part of your compensation for any state, local, or federal, or employee taxes.
You are not entitled to any employee benefits, such as group health, life insurance, or retirement benefits.
