What if there’s a problem with an engagement?
If you ever have any issues or concerns with an engagement, you can use our integrated report system to let us know.
To report a problem, follow these steps:
Go to Upcoming, Confirmed, or Completed Bookings to tap on the Booking Details card of the engagement you’d like to report.
Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen
Tap Report
Select one of the on-screen categories
Describe in detail the reason you’re reporting
Tap the Submit button
You’ll receive a confirmation email along with an Issue ID. We will promptly investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: If you encounter an emergency situation, or if your personal safety is threatened during an engagement, contact local police or emergency services immediately.
